Condiciones generales excursiones
AVISO IMPORTANTE
La agencia organizadora se reserva el derecho de modificar los itinerarios, alterar el orden y/u horarios de salida o cancelar las excursiones si las circunstancias lo requieren, sin que el cliente tenga derecho a reclamación alguna, salvo el reembolso correspondiente.
Política de cancelación
Las excursiones detalladas a continuación podrán cancelarse con al menos 48 horas de antelación y serán totalmente reembolsables:
- Teide, Icod, Garachico y Masca
- Transfer bus
- Santa Cruz, Anaga y La Laguna
- Teide Parque Nacional
- La Gomera
- Island Tour
- Shuttle desde/hacia el aeropuerto
Todas las demás excursiones no mencionadas anteriormente no serán reembolsables, ya que tienen sus propias políticas de cancelación, que deberán ser revisadas en cada caso.
La agencia actúa únicamente como intermediaria entre los viajeros y las empresas prestadoras de los servicios (transporte terrestre o marítimo, restaurantes, etc.), quedando exenta de responsabilidad por deficiencias, retrasos u otras irregularidades que puedan surgir durante la excursión, así como por la pérdida u olvido de objetos personales.
El autobús puede llegar con una antelación o retraso de hasta 10 minutos respecto a la hora prevista de recogida.
La participación en la excursión implica la aceptación de todas estas condiciones generales por parte del cliente.
General conditions for excursions
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The organizing agency reserves the right to modify itineraries, change the order and/or departure times, or cancel excursions if circumstances so require, without the customer being entitled to any claim, except for the corresponding refund.
Cancellation Policy
The excursions listed below may be cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice and will be fully refundable:
- Teide, Icod, Garachico and Masca
- Transfer bus
- Santa Cruz, Anaga and La Laguna
- Teide National Park
- La Gomera
- Island Tour
- Shuttle to/from the airport
All other excursions not mentioned above will be non-refundable, as they have their own cancellation policies, which must be reviewed in each case.
The agency acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and the service providers (land or sea transport, restaurants, etc.) and is therefore not responsible for any deficiencies, delays, or other irregularities that may occur during the excursion, nor for the loss or forgetting of personal belongings.
The bus may arrive up to 10 minutes earlier or later than the scheduled pick-up time.
Participation in the excursion implies acceptance of all these general conditions by the customer.
